Following a large and complex merger and relocation for some colleagues, Dixons Carphone had an important task to do in making everyone across the business feel united and excited about the future as one. Beyond sharing the business strategies and joint vision, we also understood just how important it was to make people feel welcome and bring the different teams together.

We worked closely with Dixons Carphone to get beneath their business strategy and find out more about their audience in order to help understand their thoughts and feelings on the merger. This insight and discovery was then turned into a creative thread to weave across internal comms projects, conferences and much more. With the businesses fully united, we continue to work with Dixons Carphone to deliver the next stages of their exciting journey.
