Senior Account Executive – Operations

A member of a single client account team, our client is a major retailer re-launching their brand with a modern and inclusive look and feel. Their re-launch activity is focused in-store and the local community. The number of launch activity per week ranges from 5-25. This is a fast paced and rewarding account to work on.

Your fresh fit

  • Playing an important role within the account team, directly reporting to your designated Account Manager and acting as line manager to your Account Executive(s) or graduate placement
  • Appropriate responsibility and autonomy for account management, budgeting and delivery support across the clients and projects within your team
  • Directly supporting the Account Manager ensuring best working practices are adopted
  • Creating and delivering several store plans simultaneously for the retail client

Your day-to-day role

  • Managing and maintaining assigned store delivery projects through to completion, being a point of contact on the agreed elements to include the independent delivery of several store launches and activities
  • Day-to-day client management for your specified store plans
  • Creating and managing store plans for the client from brief through to delivery
  • Financial responsibility and ensuring budget accuracy across all projects
  • Setting up, attending and documenting client meetings
  • Ensuring projects are delivered successfully on time, on brand, on budget and to the highest standard
  • Creating key information documents to ensure that onsite staff have the required information to deliver store activity
  • Ensuring fresh processes and systems are adhered to
  • Providing day-to-day team status administration and reporting
  • Acting as an active member of weekly account team update meetings
  • Researching and sharing industry knowledge and developments within the team
  • Communicating regularly with, and reporting to, the Account Manager/Senior Account
  • Manager with all project status updates
  • Making recommendations to improve efficiency and ways of working
  • Weekend on call every 4-6 weeks

Skills and experience to succeed

  • IT and Mac proficiency including excellent Word, Excel, Outlook, Powerpoint and Keynote
  • Financial and business acumen as you’ll be responsible for creating budgets
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent organisational, work prioritisation and time management skills
  • Can-do attitude with good problem solving solutions
  • A real team player who’s self motivated and able to work under pressure and at pace
  • Attention to detail to deliver client projects on-brand and brief
  • Ability to develop a strong working relationship with all divisions within fresh
  • A strong desire to succeed and to be a rising star at fresh
  • Sound knowledge of the marketing, experiential and retail industries
