Debenhams: New Behaviours
As part of our work supporting brands with business transformation and change, we had the privilege of working with Debenhams to launch their new colleague behaviours across the business.

Debenhams required a quick turn around on this project to avoid any lag or risk any member of their teams feeling dis-engaged. We were honoured to help out and find a unique solution that puts the teams at the heart of this transformation.
By working closely with our client, we ensured that the creative solution worked right across all communications channels that were used to reach colleagues in the most effective way. We developed a creative campaign concept that championed illustrations based on real colleagues who embodied each of the behaviours.
The campaign kicked off with an animation, outlining the reason behind the updated behaviours followed by a range of updated communications collateral which included email templates, desktop wallpapers, branded lightboxes around the office and lanyard cards for security badges.
The launch was received extremely well by colleagues and we had great feedback from our client.
