Following the merger of DSG Retail and Carphone Warehouse in 2014, fresh have been honoured to be part of the journey for the last 6 years as a trusted partner to Dixons Carphone helping them to deliver the integral internal events to constantly communicate business updates with their colleagues and work with them on sharing the strategic vision of the company while going through this period of change.

We understand the importance of making all the experiences innovative, energetic and inspirational – to ensure colleagues come together and moved forward each year with motivation and an understanding of their roles within the business’s future.

We have had a fantastic working relationship with the team at Dixons Carphone, so much so that we are trusted to be the comms guardians for all of their large-scale internal events. Not only this, but we have also supported with supplier conferences and expos for their internal audience, making all of the brands attending feel welcome and able to share all the latest tech in an engaging way with Dixons Carphone’s colleagues.

Creating a virtual peak event…

The lasted project in our partnership for Dixons Carphone is the virtual Peak Conference 2020. Creating a bespoke conference venue complete with a supplier expo with over 40 exhibitors, a plenary stage and a wide range of other breakout areas and zones containing 1000’s of assets and over 20 hours of content. The event also featured various elements of gamification to incentivise colleagues to visit all of the key areas of the event and be entered into prize draws and leader boards as part of this. There was also a social wall that colleagues could post on, providing live feedback and share their personal experiences of the event. The event was streamed live for 4 days with live and on-demand content available to colleagues throughout the key Peak trading period.
