We are the trusted comms guardians for all of Dixons Carphone’s large-scale events, supplier conferences and expos for their internal audience. We work in partnership to bring their strategic vision to life for colleagues.
Our latest project together involved connecting more than 6,000 colleagues with their leaders, 40 suppliers, over 20 hours of content, games, interaction and incentives, all in a purpose-built virtual conference centre for “Peak Week 2020”.
Streamed live for 4 days with a mix of live and on-demand content, the experience was available to colleagues throughout the key Peak trading period.

When I first heard about our usual two-day conference being replaced by a virtual one, I wondered how you’d keep colleagues engaged online for that length of time. Well, my concerns were swiftly swept away this week as I had the pleasure of being part of the team at Dixons Carphone that delivered the most amazing virtual event. Thousands of colleagues were able to participate because it was online, and the feedback has been fantastic. And not a sandwich with curled edges in sight.
