Online Business Briefing 2020

After working with Hyundai for over 5 years on a range of events including their Dealer Conferences, we partnered with them to deliver their first Virtual Business Briefing in December 2020.

This event is key to their business as it provides time for the dealer franchise owners and other key stakeholders in their network to come together with the UK Hyundai Board and other head office stakeholders. The event aims to showcase their corporate development strategy to aid their overall business success.

After limited face to face time with their dealers in 2020 due to government restrictions this was a key opportunity to align everyone, informing and inspiring them for moving into 2021. However with the changing landscape on lockdown restrictions we needed to work with Hyundai to come up with a virtual solution in a short timeframe to deliver their event before the end of the year.

To answer this challenge, we created a bespoke 3D environment to house their event content, working closely with one of their platform providers to bring their vision to life. Hyundai presenters were filmed in a studio via green screen and their content was then edited, developed and housed within the virtual environment with a range of films developed to support their presentations. We also supported them with the creation of the event invitations and other design assets.

The final result was a rich, 3D environment with dynamic, engaging content and it received very positive feedback from the attendees and the key stakeholders at Hyundai.
